This photo is the same bird I posted earlier with his wings spread.
He moved back to the other side of the stream. Taken after the other photo. This photo has been cropped & enlarged quite a bit from the original image.
Canon 50D
Lens 70-200mm L Series

Original image was vertical cropped to make it horizontal.

I have posted a larger view.

I like the composition. It shows somewhat how the bird blends in for camo.
It suffers from reduction on my monitor appearing less detailed.
Great capture. Were you in camo?

Nice setting and colors, Ken. But the bird looks a tad soft.

Ken,

I like the setting but would prefer to see this less saturated, with a bit less contrast and with the bird selectively sharpened more. The image has good bones, it just needs a little more work.
