I'm glad I stayed around long enough to see this tonight John. Fantastic capture and display. Super!

Almost wish the bug was not there. Beautiful flowers wet with dew (or rain if you live in the northeast. Good shot of the bug as well.

Cool shot Juhn. I like the dew. I might reduce the shine on the bug a little.

Neat shot John. Curious as to what the light source was. I see a few shadows, not that they detract from the image in any way. The "party-crasher" adds an interesting dynamic IMO.

This shot was taken about 10:00 CDT. Bright sun, but, these flowers were right on the edge of the trees and overall the light seemed not as bright a few more feet away from the tree line.

What a capture, John. WOW!
Agree with the comment about reducing shine of your wonderful beetle.
You might want to try an experiment. We tend to read (mostly) from left to right. I wonder what would happen if you did a horizontal flip. Not sure it would work.
Great shot!

This really reminds you of spring. What a wonderfull display. I would tone down the shine on the little bug, other than that beautiful photo.

Lovely capture of flower and friend. The shine on the bug is a lit strong. Nice as it is

Man, these Rebels take nice shots which can be shown here with a large crop. Still good detail, a little BG noise which can be expected with any large crop. Very nice John.

John, Nice clean & crisp shot except that the sunlight looks a little harsh.

John: I like the subject and the beetle especially. The light has a flashed look to it that does bug me a little. I think the bright reflection on the beetle reinforces that impression for me. This is a place where a diffuser would have helped. That said, I like the shot. Nice work. >=))>
