Not much blooming outdoors here yet and we've had a lot of rainy and windy days. Fortunately, I have an Easter lily plant indoors that's been blooming very nicely.

Barb: Great detail on the anthers and stamen. I'm not sure about the BG color and wonder if either black or white might create more apparent pop in the shot. >=))>

Nice one, Barb. Excellent detail and colors on the anters and stamen. Good thing we have indoor plants. Nothing is blooming here yet either.

Barb, nice detail and an interesting approach to the lily from the viewpoint of composition.
Unfortunately the background and the flower, while of different colors, are very similar in value. Possibility the use of luminosity and different channels might help the flower to pop out from the background.

Regards,

Carol

Hi Barb :wavey: This is a very pleasing capture. The composition, light, and soft color are all superb.
