Euphorbia and Leaf

Shot last fall. Euphorbias come in such a wide variety of sizes and shapes. They seem prehistoric. This has a scent of freshly ground coffee.

Resurrected from a forgotten pile...now...for what reason? I like the clean lines, simple design and combination of colors. It was discarded because I had used the same leaf in another shot.

So, don't leave home without it? Very nice capture Ken. Looks like fireworks coming at you. Very well executed and nicely presented. :toast:

Ken: I liked this from the thumbnail. Excellent arrangement and color palette. Send your forgotten images to me in the future.

This is wonderful . . . I wish it were mine! The splash of red and the shape of the leaf both contrast nicely with the surrounding pine needles, and the composition is perfect.

Ken, IMO a terrific image! Love the richness of texture and the simplicity, yet there is still a story told. My kind of pic :toast:

I love it Ken. Great shapes, textures and patterns. I think for me I like a bit cropped off the top - sort of to a 4:5 ratio.
