Gallery: Man & NaturePosted May 2, 2010228 views10 comments
I took this photo at Yulong River, which is a tributary of the famous Li River in Guangxi Province of China. The pink color of the sky was purely from the sun that was rising behind the mountains when I took the shot.

Lovely colors here. I really like the sky, and the layers of mountains.
Very serene and peaceful.
Nice detail even in this small image.
Looking forward to more images from you!

Lovely colors, and the eye is nicely led into the distance. (With the buildings and such, the moderators may move this to the Man and Nature Gallery.)

Yan, this is beautiful and serene. The sky w/fog or haze adds much to show depth of mtns. I would be tempted to crop some sky above the dark clouds. Great shot! Ken S

Yan,
A lovely and peaceful setting; a great "reflectionscape" with nice pastels in the sky.
John is correct and I will move this to the Man & Nature Gallery after posting my comment here. Hopefully you'll understand why, but feel free to drop me a note if you have any questions.
Thanks for sharing!

Beautiful shot, here. The subtle pastels create a nice color pallet here. I find these mountains to be fascinating and your photo here captures them well. I also viewed some of your other work and you have an impressive portfolio.

Dear all,
Thanks very much for your comments.
John and Lon: thanks to point out this. Yes, this shot should be more suitable in this gallery. I just joined NPN three weeks ago, I am still learning this wonderful site.
