Couch with a View

In April I spent and evening and following morning in the Antelope Valley of California. During the evening, I was in Poppy Reserve, but the next morning thought the flowers were as good (or better) outside the Reserve. So I found a likely side road and pulled off. Sure enough, the flowers were good, but was the garbage - mostly old appliances, furniture, and broken hot tubs. Luckily, most the trash was near the road, so you could walk 20 yards and get past it all. This shot shows some of the tossed furniture - the Antelope Valley Poppy Reserve is located on the hills in the background.

Fine photo illustrating a problem found every where I think. The flowers around the couch help to make the photo work. Thanks for sharing.

Next time a friend wants to crash on the couch, you know where to send him.
