Yes, the snow's texture if VERY eye-catching. The tree and its shadow add a lot also. I like the mountain silhoutte.
I wonder if the building and telephone poles could be removed?

IMO this has a somewhat surrealistic feel to it. The composition is nicely balanced and the sunstar adds a certain starkness to it. Very enjoyable Alexandre.

I agree with Bill that this scene has somewhat of a surrealistic feel to it. The snow texture is indeed eye-catching and the large shadow of the tree adds a lot also.

the building and the telephone things can probably be removed yes .. I think . there was a slight mist , so it wasn't too disturbing but .. I also prefer the scene without it I think.
thank you

Alexandre,
A very different color cast here that I think fits and actually helps accentuate the mood and atmosphere. You didn't mention, but I'm suspecting the moon? It's slight elongated, but doesn't really change the impact of the overall image. I think this is quite successful and nicely captured.
On a side note, I know you just recently joined, so I'll just give a friendly reminder about the "hand of man." Technically this would be more appropriate in the Man & Nature Gallery. Not only for the distant evidence of buildings and such, but also this is clearly a "cultivated" field. However, neither of these are significant and so I won't be moving this. Just keep in mind for next time.
Thanks!
Lon

Lon , thank you for your words.
I agree for the "hand of man" , I have to remind it , it is a cultivated field and this is not a very wild area! .. the mist gave the atmosphere for this place .

A striking image! Beautiful comp and love the color.
I wish there was less indication of a grad, especially in the left upper corner. Also I would be temped to clone out any indication of humans. With those two things nailed, this would be epic IMO.
Great job.

Love the foreground. The blue in the sky is different but does work.

I love that dappled light in the foreground. The light here is quite nice and captured very nicely by you. Well done.

Very surreal and interesting throughout. The only distraction for me is the man-made objects in the distance.

Beautiful light and shadow in the foreground, the snow balances well with the tree and sunstar above.
