Sun and Fog

Just happened to be in the right spot at the right time.
Rolled down the window, grabbed the kodak Z740 point and shoot, took one picture and hastened off to work.
The only post editing I did was to crop out a fence on the bottom and LHS of the picture.
Hope you like it.
Be brutally honest please.
Thanks for looking!

Nice golden light June, it resembles a painting!

The concept behind this image along with the color is exceptional but the camera shake is obvious that it made this image 3 out of 10 instead of 9/10.

A very lovely scene, June. Beautiful color and light, but I do wish the foreground sharpness was a little better.

yikes, I had no idea it was out of focus. my eyes must be failing me, but, when I looked reallty close I could see what ya'l mean. I blew it, a perfectly great picture and its blurred.
Oh well, I'm glad I posted because I would have never have seen it otherwise.
Thanks for the C&C

Love the gold tones here June, the trees in silhouette FG frame the misty morning scene well.
Just a bit blown towards the top left corner, maybe some fancy patchwork would work there?
I like it

June,

Great light and atmosphere captured here. Pretty darn nice for a "stop the car, shoot through the window" image. JK! The important thing is recognizing these situations and jumping all over them. Nice catch!

I think there might be so much more detail in your version of this photo than what I'm seeing here, I can barely comment. I think you could do with a little less of the framing black leaves, but most importantly, there must be some way of keeping the image from getting so unnecessarily marred by compression artifacts. Good luck.

Great eye June. It's amazing what the P&S cameras can do with light these days. It almost makes me want to go back to the auto settings.

A little soft but nice spur of the moment catch.
