Awesome capture. I really like the mosquitoes and think they add a lot to the image. Nice high key BG. My only suggestion would be for a 2 pixel black border for web presentation. Love it!

What a cool subject and portrait Steve. I alos like the low shooting angle, which makes this bull look very powerful. It is not often that I like white (blown-out) BGs, but this is one example whereby it does work well. :toast:

Without the mosquitoes it would be just another excellent portrait, but the bugs really give a feeling of what the musk ox (and you) put up with. Great job.

Very cool. I like all the detail on the Musk Ox but have to agree that the hoard of mosquitoes set the mood (and theme?) of this capture. I like it very much.

Wow Steve - this may be the best muskie portrait I've ever seen. The mosquitoes are great, and the detail of the bull is outstanding. Great capture!

I saw this as a thumbnail and thought"cool picture"!! After opening it and seeing all the mosquitos (wich give an extra value to the your shot) I have to say I'm impressed. I like your crop and the fact that your background is white realy leads the eye towards the bizon... well done!!
