Oliver Twist Lake

Oliver Twist Lake resides on the Mosquito Pass road in Colorado at an elevation of 12,198 feet. I liked the sunrise play of warm & cool colors, the reflection and the sense of change of season with the green grasses invading on the snow's territory.

Wayne,

The thumbnail doesn't do justice to this. Beautiful scene perfectly captured and presented for my tastes. Sky, reflection and fg grasses all work well together.

Really like the comp and its abstract qualities. Light seems a bit harsh.

What a nice peaceful image--I'd love to see this right at sunruse or sunset!

Wow, at 12K+ around here you'd be on a glacier five hundred feet thick. Beautiful alpine reflection and nice use of the available light. Needs a Marmot grazing in the foreground.
