I know. The bird is too small in the image for a bird forum. But I was in the Glades yesterday and between rains this incredible light appeared, casting charm on the Egret and meadow around it.

The light really is beautiful the way it is illuminating the Egret and the grasses and it gives the image a hushed feeling for me. Yes, the bird is small but it is the focal point of the image and I like it's placement in the frame.

Not too small for me - a nice bird-in-habitat image. The textures in the grasses are very nice here.

No such thing as too small for me, it's all about the composition and I like this one. You handled the lighting very well.

I really like the rich colors here Wayne. The image of the bird is not too small for this composition. Nice job.
