A wonderful, and unexpected surprise at Cascade Creek, Yosemite National Park last spring. I hope you enjoy it, and thank for your thoughts. A large version is also included.

I remember seeing this location on Charles Cramer's website and of course your other rendition. This is probably hands done one of my top favorite spots (although I haven't visited....yet). Really great Chris.
The color version brings something special here but still maintains the b+w feel due to snowy conditions.
I would love to visit this area.
Well done

Not the biggesst fan of soft focus silky flowing water, but combined with the central rocks and snow with bush it really works, to perfection.

Very strong focal point with the snow-covered rock and tree. Could actually see and even tighter crop here to emphasize this element and the water texture.

The subject is strong and the pockets of water from each corner of the image hold their own interest in texture and movement. Fantastic work Chris!

Neat intimate image Chris. The bush is an awesome focal point for this image and keeps the interest high. Well done.

This is excellent Chris! I think I remember your black/white image from this scene. This one here with the snow cover is really a great addition.

Love it Chris. The flow of the water is really nice, as is your composition and the textures in the rocks. The snow is literally icing on the cake. Outstanding.

This is really sweet Chris. I love the subtle color in the rocks and water, and the snow is a real treat. I do wish it had a tad more room at the top, but that's pretty minor.

nice find. I especially like the detail on the larger version. Maybe there were distracting elements, but it would be nice to see a little more space above the tree.

Hi Chris,
I pretty much agree with Doug's last comment. Gorgeous colors, shapes, and motion and the tree on the top running off the frame is a bit distracting for me. Overall, a unique and beautiful capture.

Chris,
This is yet another fantastic image from this spot - I'd say you're milkin' it!
Aside from the snow covered rock and tree, I'm really loving the radiating motion in the LR.
My only wish would be a little more room up top. You may not have it or something was there that you had to crop out. Not a big deal though really.
Wonderful image.

Very nice, Chris. I like the looks of the water and the snow and tree really set this off. I too could see just a bit more room above the tree, but that may not have worked for you. Really nice as it is anyways. I like it! Large version is great.

wonderful. the tree sits a bit on top, maybe if you crop from the bottom - to make it an overall tighter comp - it is even an improvement. (?)

Great mix of motion and solidity captured here. That fresh dusting of snow is like the proverbial "cherry on top". Nice work!

Exquisite Chris!! I too would prefer a tad more room at the top, but it's a nit on a wonderful photo.
