Pleidies and ISS

by Larry Fischer

Taken last year near the small town of Eskridge, Kansas. The International Space Station's light trail is winking out in the upper right while the Pleiades makes an appearance through the thin cloud cover reflecting distant city lights, probably Topeka, in the lower left.
D700, tripod, Nikkor 28 mm manual.

Nice work capturing the ISS and the stars. And the clouds look beautiful reflecting the city lights.

Nicely shot, Larry. I like the effect of the city lights on the clouds. It really makes the scene interesting.

Great image Larry. After opening I started to clean my monitor, but later I recognized that all the small white spots are stars on your picture. Nicely done.
