The Minnesota river has flooded this fall. Most unusual. This is a road that goes underneath a bridge.

I like the subtlety in this Simon. It took me a few moments to recognize the submerged double yellow line, and that's good! Meanwhile I was studying the photo and wondering about the sign. Once the line appeared, the whole circumstance really jumped out at me. This might or might not be to subtle for newspapers, but I bet your state DOT would love to have it for future funding applications!
