Well after a dismal fall foliage season here in VT, one of the worst I've ever experienced in my 27 years of living here...I thought I'd do a little diggin' and pull an image from 2008. I like this square crop. C and C's are welcome. Thanks for looking.

The variation in overlapping color and general shapes is nice. I might prefer a 4x5 ratio with a crop off the right side to offset the golden maple in the center a little more. Not sure about that though. Well seen and captured.
