one of my favorite themes during fall is water reflections. Specially if I get a leaf in it.

Elisabeth, Lovely muted tones almost make this look like a dreamscape.

Nice capture.

Great reflections and a nice looking leaf Elisabeth. For me things seem a bit under saturated and could use a bit more contrast too.

Maybe my favorite of your images Elisabeth and that's saying a lot. Love the subdued color palette and the sense of the infinite in the image bg. Also the ambiguity between the water and the reflection of the sky in the water. I don't think you could have framed the leaf any better in the image. For my tastes this is an exceptional image.

Nicely done. If that leaf had been anywhere else in the scene it would have been lost among the BG color.

Elisabeth, What a dreamy look to this one. How did you get it ? Processing or some special filter ?

Elisabeth:
I really love this comp. The colors and texture of the pink leaf are good enough but the reflection really makes this image. Might also work with a slight tighter crop removing part of the top and right and putting more emphasis on the leaf.

Elisabeth, the leaf really appears as a 3D within the overall image. Great job.

Brava Elisabeth! I totally agree with Pat's comment. It's a beutiful image. As about the colors, the protagonists, I am trying to figure how would it be giving warmer colors to the bathing leaf. In the middle of a piece of blue sky, it is perfectly isolated, so it can harmonize with the colorful warm reflexions without fear of being lost among them. What do you think about?
Take care.

Yes, I agree about the favorite theme- one of mine, too. That leaf is really floating high, isn't it? The color palette is nice and serene but still very Autumnal. I like it.
