I like how you can see the rays from the moonlight in the sky - that's not something you see very often. The bright reflection in the water is a huge magnet for my eyes, so I'd crop it out. The silhouetted trees and the starry sky is where the interest really lies, so I don't think that you're really losing out on much by eliminating the bottom third or so.
