Fall with a Twist

I shot this road in early spring when the trees had gotten a nice dusting of snow, and the BG light was just right. This was a week or so ago, the light not quite as nice, but still something I liked about it. I did straighten it in Elements, this road just really bends! ISO-320, 1/80th second, f-3.2. Please view larger, C&C appreciated.

Some nice colours and a neat composition. Just too much bright sky poking through spoiling the mood IMO.

I also like the colors and the soft light. The lower half is really nice and the curve of the road leads you in. Just crop it to square, and it is stronger, I think.

Thanks guys, I totally agree--good idea on the crop. This is the original image that I like much better, just posting it show what I was trying to do--but didn't!
