Fantastic Daniel. This is the ONLY place that I got a decent fall shot this year. Sigh. You got great conditions for this, and really brought it home.

Great shot, love this place, great color and mood with mist in the back.

This is very nice. I like the FG elements and rocks leading into the image. The BG mist sets a quiet mood, and the mossy rocks have great light.

Nice comp and I like the brighter mood with your take. Well done.

I do like the mist in the background. But the blown out sky is quite a distraction. By cropping out the sky, you would also loose the mist. But I think it would be worth considering. The leaves on the rocks in the foreground are a nice touch, even if you did place them there (although I'm not implying that this is the case ).

Great comp, nicely done. I'm wondering how it would look with just a tad more saturation?

I'm on the fence about the sky, but this is a marvelous image regardless. The atmosphere is great and you did a super job setting up the foreground.

I like the perspective, and the feeling that everything is bending around the water flow... the leaf in the foreground adds a perfect touch. Very good!

Nice shot Daniel. I like the big maple leaf in the foreground and the mist/fog really adds a lot the the scene. The water seems a little grey/yellow on my monitor.

Very nice Daniel!! Was this taken a week after we missed each other there, or on the same day? It looks like the leaves have turned more than when I was there? I like the higher angle, the clouds add a lot.
I always wrestle with WB in gorge shots. I often shoot a gray card, but when I process the water ends up looking much too yellow compared to what my eye saw. To be honest I often cool the water, if not the entire scene, despite what the gray card says because it looks more like my memory of the scene.

John, I really appreciate your input on the water tone because I do like your rendition of the water - a little cooler - more than what I'm ending up with. This shot was from Monday - I went back in the rain hoping for some mist.
