Chad: Frame filling fantastic! I like the energy in the shot and the drops are real plus elements. Really well done.>=))>

Nice composition and I love the rain drops on the leaves. Seems a bit too bright to me. Perhaps drop the exposure little? :toast:

Striking image Chad. Very fine composition. No real suggestions on my part. If you wanted to play with it some you could probably increase the sense of depth by doing a little selective darkening in the areas that would be in shadow. Not a real suggestion, merely something to play with maybe.

Thanks guys. Phillip- I have darkened it just a little and agree that it helps.

I really like this. The composition and the lines are really, really nice, really appealing and satisfying. I agree about the slight darkening. I'd love to see a repost of that if you'd like to do a repost. :toast:

Let's try this for a repost. A little darkening and a little curves adjustment.

Should have darkened more. Doesn't look much different after web conversion but there was a noticable difference

I do see a difference, and I like it. I think if they were side by side the difference would be easy to see, but if you scroll back and forth you can see it.

This is a very refreshing image. I like every bit about it but for the small parrot green rectangle on the middle left of the frame. It just seems odd and out of place.

I prefer the repost Chad. I might still have done a bit more as you say but I think the repost makes for a stronger image.

Beautiful raindrops and lines, Chad.

If this were mine, I would be tempted to add a neutral gradient to selectively lighten and darken areas of your composition to add more interest.

Chad: The repost is subtly different but positively so. Nice work. I edited your title to reflect that there is a repost. You can do the same on your end and should whenever you put a repost in the original thread. >=))>

Chad:
Refreshing green and cooling drops. Interesting pattern and lines. The repost only show very marginal difference though. Would still like to see more darkening.

Nice water drops and design in the comp. Looks pretty hot in the yellows; did you use a reflector?

P.S. Repost is better; I favor a little more adjustment, but not so as to alter the mood/feeling of your initial idea when you took this. At this point, if it were on my desk, I would try an adjustment layer with selective color > neutrals > fiddle with the yellow slider. Just a thought for one approach. Lots of control as to which colors change and by how much.

Hi Chad :wavey: It.s refreshing to see a lighter than natural false hellebore  I have seen too many unnatural dark green ones .. I like the composition and raindrops. It still needs more darkening
