Ronnie,

Your images always inspire me and the techs are great with every post, this image is no exception. Wonderful composition, great, natural colors, lovely fine details & sharpness and the setting is appealing. Because the branch in front of the cardinal is sharp it does not bother me at all, in fact I think it adds to the image as it appears the cardinal is peering out from behind it, a nice touch of whimsy.

Excellent image.

edited because of typos, my hands still feel asleep this morning

Wonderful detail and color in this. Because of the sharpness, the branch doesn't bother me either. Very nice!

Nice! I like the peeking pose and it's nice and sharp throughout. I really appreciated the comments you made regarding the reds on my cardinal...I have posted them as shot and have gotten comments that the reds were too red. (I think my backyard cardinals are REALLY red cause they eat so well!) :) Anyway...I love these birds and yours is very nice! Sharon

Unusual but very appealing and your usual impeccable IQ Ronnie. The peekaboo effect around the twig makes that twig a positive for me.

Speaking of your "usual impeccable IQ", I received my "Sleeping Bees" print a few days ago. I thought your IQ looked good on the web but that print blew me away!
