Like it.

Why such a high iso? Handholding?

Hi Richard, I love the detail in the FG and the first part of the sky. This is one instance where I really think a pano-type crop would make it a real beauty.

The wide-angle sweep of this is very nice and the clouds are a real bonus. I like the warm/cool contrasts too.

Richard,

I like the "high sky" and your composition that nicely showcases the big sky. While not a huge deal, I'm kinda torn about the presence of the juniper(?) I like that it kind of fits in to the formation, but at the same time it kinda blocks the view a little.

I do like the point of view and even though the sky has a lot of high values, I think the brightness of the clouds is appropriate for the sky and scene.

Well composed, Richard. The sky contributes nicely.
