Seashells by the sea

This is my first post here. Ever since I shifted residence close to the Arabian sea I dreamt of shooting some seascapes. Glad I got some texture on the beach to go with a glorious sunset.

5DMkII, 0.6 sec, f 20, Singh Ray ND grads to hold the sky.

Would love to hear your comments and tips on making it better.
My PS skills are basic.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS.

Happy holidays to you, too, Vijay! I don't have any tips for you, but the color, light and detail on what looks like a pathway of seashells is great.

Happy Holidays, Vijay, and welcome to ESS! Very pretty shot, I like the nice sunset and sweeping lines. I would use the clone tool to get rid of a couple of those flare spots below the sun, and try to brighten the right side a bit, the light really falls off toward the right edge. There are many ways to accomplish that, but i would suggest using a gradient mask and increase the exposure/curve on just the right side.

I really like the texture on the beach and the ND did a great job of holding the sky. Welcome.

Beautiful warm light and I like the way the cost line leads into the distance.

Vijay,

Welcome to NPN and the ES&S Gallery! It's great to have you here and also great in getting to see more images from this part of the world.

Very nice seascape. I like the sweeping composition and even though they're small, I really like the little shells and stones scattered on the sand. The comp really pulls the eye in to the frame.

Other than the lens flares already pointed out, the only other thing I'm noticing is the barrel distortion on the horizon, but that is a bit minor.

Welcome aboard. We look forward to your images and participation.

Happy Holidays to you,
your picture is like an invitation to walk along the beautiful beach! The lens flares do not bother me too much, as they emphasize the dazzling sunlight. Maybe cropping about a third on the right could be favorable to concentrate to the texture of the shells and stones on the beach.
