Not very spectacular but boy are these birds pretty. A joy to work with. Hope you've had a great Christmas.

Great shot! I'm not sure that so much of the branch is necessary, it might detract a bit from the bird

Gorgeous comp , branch is spot on , dusting of snow a bonus and the berries are a nice compliment against the birds plumage.. I know you wont but I'd be inclined to drop the blur tool over the lower ones though ...

A very well 'balanced' image Edwin
Personally just not a great lover of any solid BG colours, albeit 'battleship grey', a slight mottling in tonal range might be more authentic, but this is an editorial dream.
Trust Santa delivered everything on Christians list hope you had a good one too.

I've had many happy hours with these fellows this winter too - always a joy to work with as you say.
Classic winter Blue Tit shot - nice.

Great lighting and detail; the frost and the red berries really make it stand out.

really cracking image of this bird Edwin, the dark background works really well to lift the bird out of the image,.

Superb! Colours are exquisite. I agree that you would get away with losing the lower part of the branch, but either way, it's superb!
