Taken several years ago returning from a marriage-encounter weekend in the Flinthills region of NE Kansas.
The high clouds treated my wife and I to a long series of moods for an hours or so.
Was not totally happy with my performance. I did not have a filter so had to shoot into the sun bare-back...
Nikon D300, ISO 200, 18-200 Nikkor @ f/11, 1/2500 sec.

For a tough exposure, not bad, Larry! A very nice comp. I wonder if it would have been possible to get the reflection more in the open water (?) :wavey:

Good job on a very challenging shot. A polarizer might have helped you a lot...
