Pure Palmetto

Sony A700
Minolta 200mm macro
ISO 200, 1/10 @ f16

Saw this at the Mercer Arboretum last Saturday and liked the graphic quality of the fronds. Cropped from the bottom to get rid of an area that I though was too OOF. All comments welcome. >=))>

Love this one Bill. It's a great pattern but the textures and light add a lot also. Outstanding image.

Nicely seen and captured Bill. Wonderful graphic lines. I'm wondering if I would prefer a vertical pano of this one rotated CW 90 degrees.

This is a wonderful abstract Bill. Beautiful composition and execution. How do you find fronds that are so clean?? The ones I see are usually covered in pine and tree crud.
