Stumped

I made this photograph the morning of Jan 29th, which was Kansas Day (our 150th year of statehood). I had photographed the sunrise at another location but even after the color from sunrise was gone the clouds were very interesting so I stayed out and explored some other locations. Thought this might make a good place to sit for awhile on a warmer day.

Hey Scott, Nice perspective. The stump makes a nice anchor for the shot and those are the types of clouds that I love about the midwest. Didn't have many of those in L.A.....

I'd maybe try to brighten the stump to bring out the texture.
