Nikon D300, Sigma 150. F/3.2, 1/250, ISO 200.

One of my favourite wildflower scenes, with buttercups dominating. Comments appreciated.

Wow is that soft pastel background ever beautiful, Albert! The light is great throughout and the yellow buttercups just as lovely. :toast:

Albery - Beautiful light and wonderful, soft colours.
VERY Lovely as is - but I do wish one of the buttercups was very sharp..

Albert, I can see why this is your favorite. The pastel BG is perfect to set off the butter cups. A very calming and restful scene. Great find and thanks for sharing.

What a gorgeous scene Albert! Love the painterly feel to this and the dreamy BG. If I could offer any suggestion, it might be to consider cloning out the green vertical line in the middle of the pink.

I think the group of buttercups on the left are great! I am distracted by the couple coming in from the right, so I think a crop would work best for me. The layers of colors captured here are very nicely blended!

Love the color palette Albert. The pink wash is particularly appealing to me. I might clone out the rightmost greenery about a quarter down from the top but not sure. Gorgeous image as posted.

Albert: Just delightful. Terrific BG and really good plane of focus management. I can also see a vertical comp with just the flowers on the left side. Nicely done.>=))>
