After The Flood

I probably posted this in 2009 when I took it but I thought it fits this weeks theme. We had a 500 year flood in Atlanta in September of that year that affected all of the rivers that flow through the area. This is a few days later after the waters subsided but were still raging. This is normally a fairly peaceful creek.

This is a terrific image and I like your choosing a foggy day. That really makes the details in the water and rocks stand out.

Well composed and good detail. I, like the others, think the fog is great. Only suggestion is that on my monitor the entire image looks a tad dark.

Very effective in conveying the drama of the flood. The tilted and fallen trunks in the upper left really support your theme.
