Bales and fog 2

Thank you for the comments on my last bales and fog photo. Here is another from Sunday morning. The fog swirled just enough to expose the foreground bale while still leaving the farther bales shrouded in fog. I left the color in the this version. Do you think color or b/w works best for these kinds of scenes? I like how both look. C&C always welcome and appreciated.

This is an even more intersting composition for me than your last post. The muted colors add a lot to the atmosphere. Good choice of depth of field, as the second bale is just slightly out of focus but still with enough details in the texture.

Another great one. I like the color best. Brings back memories of hay baleing, only smaller bales. thanks for sharing.

Hey Rob, I like the color version over the b&w. It shows the texture of the bale plus the snow still sitting of the straw at the end of the bale. Good dof with the back bales slightly oof. seems cold just looking at it.

Rob,

I prefer the color photo over the B&W as well. Great detail! You have brought a nice overall mood to this image. Nice work.

This version has a lighter mood than your previous post Rob. Again, I like your perspective and the diminishing bales in the background.
