Great to see these in the garden for the first time. Didn't stay long unfortunately. I took out a distracting piece of the perch.

Excellent shot- Awesome pose and details on larger version- beautiful smooth BG, blended with the subject, and nice perch, full of mosses- Bravo, Fabio

The bird is well placed, with good detail and color. What is the growth on the perch?

Other than the fact that it is a moss of some kind, I'm afraid I can't enlighten you further. No doubt someone will!

Hello Ian.
Lovely capture and pose of the Redpoll and the background is great for me with the soft green matching the mosses and then changing to a soft brown to match the Redpoll.

Hi Ian
Nice overall shot. Like the perch and the bg is good. The bird is suitably positioned and looks good too.
