Prairie from Wildcats

This image was taken from Wildcat State Recreation Area south of Scottsbluff, NE. It is looking north toward Scottsbluff out over the prairie. This is a combination of three images. My first attempt to combine images for exposure. It was shot later afternoon with a very light cloud cover. All comments are welcome and appreciated, especially on composition and the exposure.

Richard, in spite of the general public thinking that Nebraska is flat and boring, it isn't and this picture helps prove that. You've done a fine job of combining images, the color consistency across the image is very good. Personally, I'd like to see a little less of the foreground trees and more of the valley floor and the patterns of the fields.

This is a great view, Richard. It looks like you did good with the exposure blend to me. Seems very natural looking. Even though I think it looks fine I think Mark's idea is also a good one. I could see just a little off the bottom. Large version is fun to look at.

Nice pano and wonderful composition Richard. I would of never know this scene would of been in Nebraska. Nice detail from the front trees to the bluffs in the back. I like how you move through the image with the trees on the bottom to view the valley below. Looks like a great place to hike. I like everything about this and would not change a thing, well done.
