I love the way early morning light illuminates the trees and grasses in a forest.

This has a serene, water-color feel to it. The light is suberb. The grasses glow. Very nicely done

Nice and beautiful shot! I covered the right quarter with my hand and it looks much greater to me.

The glowing grasses are quite appealing. I'd crop out the darker/balder right quarter of the shot.

Thumbnail doesn't do this justice, Dan. The grasses, especially, really shine.

The light really makes the "blond" highlights awesome Dan!! I agree on the right hand side thing, making it a square/vertical cropped right in front of the double trunks on that side would really put it over the top IMO. Sweet!

Nice shot Dan, love the sunlit grasses. Was this taken in RMNP by any chance?

The light is stunning. Beautiful Image. Any chance you got any closeups of just that glowing grass and tree trunk?

Really nice capture of the backlit grasses and needles, Dan. I think I agree about a crop of the right side to put all the emphasis on the great light.

I like a vertical crop out of the middle of this frame. There, the main tree and the cluster in the back give more orchestration to the composition (in my opinion) to go along with the splendid light.

Excellent light! The backlit grass is fantastic! Maybe some sort of crop from the left? Maybe not.
