I got several compositions of this small cascade just east of Northbend, WA a couple weekends ago. I thought the textures in the rock were interesting. I'll revisit this scene again and hopefully get a little more flow and maybe some drizzly weather to darken the rocks some. It's pretty contrasty and may appear oversharpened, I do think it's a liitle flat, maybe even more than a little.
Not sure how this one will look posted. I picked up a new monitor and haven't calibrated it yet, it appears OK out of the box but who knows. I'll hopefully get it done this weekend. Anyway, comments always welcome, larger version included. Thanks for looking.

I love the texture and the small flow of water. You handled the exposure very well. Cropping a bit off the top would focus more attention on the water flow and give you an alternate presentation.

I like this a lot. It is certainly sharp but I don't think that it is overly sharp.

Fantastic image Bruce. Your processing is awesome. The colors look natural. You might get away with a slight saturation boost for print, for web presentation I think this looks terrific.
