Anahuac sunset

This image was taken last summer at the end of my trip in Texas.
I find in it the feelings of that moment: the warm breeze on the face, a beatiful sunset, a few mosquito bites and ..... a great desire to return to work.

Thanks for viewing.
C&C are very welcome.

Really like this! The bird is in a great position against the sky, and the reeds at different angles add a lot of interest.
Well-done!

Very nice silhouette Monica, it feels like the end of a very warm and humid day. Sure it just wasn't too much barbecue and not enough Pasta?

Oh, Monica, this is just beautiful, and I find all those feelings you mentioned in this image. Wonderful colors and comp here.

There's an incredible mood to this shot. The unusual colors, the dark silhouette, and the turn of the bird's head - almost as if there's a storm coming, and the bird is waiting for it. I also like the empty space in this shot - I think it adds to the sense of waiting. Great moodiness! I want to keep on looking. I love it!

What, you're not coming back?
You set the mood for the shot in your comments, then suddenly it was "love on the rocks"
Love the BG color and comp in silhouette, the birds head turn makes it all fly..Bye-Bye :wavey:
