More Snow!!!!

It has been a long hard winter here around Rochester,NY and these crocus seem to express the same sentiment as they try to bring in spring. If it looks cold it was as my hands were numb, pants were wet, and I and my camera and lens were soaked from a blowing snow almost at white out conditions at times. Glad to be indoors with a cuppa hot tea tonight while looking at this again.

At first I thought you have posted this for the 11 anniversary of NPN with the two crocuses. Looking at this cheerful image brings a smile on my face - demonstrates the determination and tenacity of life fighting against the elements. Love the framing as well.

Oooooh, I love this, Larry. What a wonderful depiction of "Hope Springs Eternal." The comp is brilliant, I think, as is the high key.

Nice Larry, The green stuff on the left pointing to the crocus buds; two of the crocus buds looking like Peter Cottontail's ears; the crisp look of the snow. This would make a great greeting card.

I like the concept here Larry. The color of the crocuses stands out nicely. I wish that vegetation was not peaking in from the left - had you been able to isolate the crocuses I think it would have been a lot more effective.
