Another stack close to the 12 Apostles along the Great Ocean Road. Taken late afternoon, cloudy sky. Cropped out another stack near the left border - about 80% original size.

D90 18-200mm@18mm F/11 1/160sec tripod. I am still struggling to get the processing right. Early posts were either too saturated or flat. CS5, Velvia effect on channel mixer, slight brightness adjustment on Viveza 2, levels, TK luminosity mask with curves, desat 10 points. .Thanks for looking and C&C appreciated esp on processing

Thats an amazing chunk of rock, that i'm guessing is quite hard to frame.

"i'm guessing is quite hard to frame"

So, either stitch, move to another location, or focus on part of the rock. Dont try to cram something too big into too small a space, which is what you did here. It's a cool subject though, and your processing looks good to me--if you hadnt have specifically asked i probably would have overlooked any nits, but since you got me staring hard I will say that the right side of the sky seems brighter than the mid section, almost like a polarizer was used. But some of that might be due to the confined look at the sky. Thanks for sharing!

what a nice formation! details and colours look great
I will echo what Stan pointed out...it needs a touch more space all around the rock to really make the composition work

Fasinating structure in this huge rock! I like your comp with it on a diagonal. Nice colors as well.

I love the layering in the rock. It's warm colors contrast very nicely with the cool blue water.

Wonderful scene and color Gary. I'll echo though what the others have pointed out, I think it needs a bit more room all around. The foreground foliage and color is also beautiful.

I like it, Gary. The light looks good and the "tight fit" gives the rock a nice sense of immensity.
