Still going over some of my images from that magical morning we had with the Sandhill Crane family. Letting them get used to us and then having them feel comfortable enough to walk right by us will never be forgotten. This one taken with the Nikon D300 and Nikon 70-300VR, f/7.1, iso 640, 1/250, post processed in NX2.

Very cute image. The colors, comp and detail are great. A great experience for them to get close enough to take this with a 70-300.
