This is terrific Rob. Love the eye level POV. Great perch and BG too. The detail is super, thanks for sharing a bird I have never seen. and likely never will.

Very nice and sharp. Looks like some type of sage at its feet. Dry Aussie climate I am guessing. Nice comp.

Very nice. Good exposure to keep the yellow under control.

Awesome work, Rob. Looks like you hand picked all the supporting elements and then place the bird there.

Nice image. Great detail in the bird-and I like the wide-eyed look that he has. The perch, foliage and low point of view are all great.

Great image, Rob. I can't think how you could make it any better. Great composition, detail, color and inclusion of habitat. (Not knowing this bird, I'm assuming the featured habitat is typical for this species.) :toast:

I haven't heard of this species before, albeit my knowledge of Australian birds has the depth of a piece of paper. Love the lemony yellow against the orange and green of the surroundings. Magnificent pose and photo, really!!! :toast:

Lovely little bird beautifully captured Rob. The setting is wonderful. And, I really appreciate the low angle.

I like the setting on this one even better than the last, Rob. and I also like the use of low angle for a passerine on the ground--don't see that a lot.
