Been awhile since I visited this gallery and I don't know why, it's literally festooned with awesome images. I guess I'm guilty of tunnel vision sometimes.
This is a Cosmos Sonata Carmine with a curves adjustment to enhance the gradient light. I tried to keep it as soft as possible and still maintain some detail. May not be everyone's cup of tea and it's a departure from my usual floral portraits but I like it's simplicity. Sometimes less is more.

Hi neighbor! Interesting and pleasing shot. I really like the color and light treatment which brings out a pleasing texture radiating up and out. Nice work!

Definitely a case where less is more, I agree.
I like the graduation in color, just the right detail.

hi ya, like it a lot, surprised you didn't get more views. Sometimes I don't understand those people here. Boring pics are more viewed than arty, simple stuff.
Never mind, glad you posted this pic, even or although it's not your usual way of capturing flowers.
