Another floralscape from Fellows Riverside Gardens, Youngstown, this one taken last week on my way to work. It's pretty hard to leave a scene like this and go to the office. Nikon D700, 24-70, polarizer, split ND (handheld), tripod, iso 200, 1/5 sec, f16.

I liked the last one Scott but this one is exceptional IMO. Magical light and a superb composition. What a masterpiece.

Holy Moly Scott. What a serene and peaceful setting. I now have this bench reserved for my morning coffee. You're right about having to leave to go to of all places work... :frown:
Perfect light and a wonderful comp.

Beautiful mood image, Scott, superbly lit and composed. I love especially the canopy of flowers; it inevitably attracts the eye but not to the detriment of the perfectly placed and lit bench, which invites the viewer to enter and take in the whole scene.

I like this very much! If there are no mosquitoes, I wouldn't mind passing the day there.

Scott, That is My Bench . I like how you used the foliage and flowers to frame the bench + the spot light is in the perfect place. Good work.

Scott, what a lovely inviting scene. This calls to the viewer and says, "Step in; relax; bring a book and stay a while ..."

So appealing.

I have to send a pointer of this image to a friend who lives in the area.

Cheers,

Carol

A dreamy photo of a dreamy place, Scott. Now I would take a plane for sitting in that bench, in the soft beam of the last sun, hearing the music of the shaded leaves, admiring the beautiful flowers. What is the air ticket price, Scott?
I really love this poetic and pictorial image. I don't know if you have applied an Orton effect; if so, it's very delicate.
Take care.
