Cloud Smoke

Another image from John Hancock on the same day. For this one, I decided to exclude the sky and used faster shutter speed to show texture of the clouds. PS. Cloud Smoke(云烟) is a Chinese term for smokish cloud.

Settings: Nikon D7000, 16mm Tokina 11-16, f/9, 1/60sec, ISO320

I am at somewhat of a loss as to whether this is fog or smoke, but it is definitely mysterious! I like the somber tone, and the composition.

I like this one as well Jim. The building is a little more distinct but this still holds its ethereal mood.

Interesting angle and subject. I like the dark moody feel and muted colors with a touch of blue.
