Mallard- May Challenge

I took this photo last spring. I thought all the textures in the tree trunk, rocks, water, grass, and duck would look good as a painting. I used the Topaz Simplify Oil Painting Filter.

I really like the color palette and the painterly look. By the way, a very nice composition also.
