A striking combination of colors and environment here that must have been amazing to see. However, I feel as a photograph the light is a bit too harsh and uneven throughout. Good job trying to process that, but it's tough. Any more shadow detail here and you get that 'HDR' look, so I think you've found about as nice a balance as possible.
Also note, I am moving this to the Man and Nature gallery as the Landscape forum is for images that do not include 'hand of man', such as the road here.

I think Marc you cross the line little bit don't you think ? I don't remember when I was asking anybody to organize my galleries ... I am on many www but it never happened I guess to anybody no mention even when you pay for membership
I am very confused how is even possible to delete comments under the pictures,, it happened to me not just once (and they were polite without vulgarisms..) or just delete the part of comments because "THE AUTHOR" is collecting just positive comments......
And now dear friends you surprised why I don't believe in commenting on this www ... Just posted couple of pics (35 visits...!!!) with the last comment and suddenly nobody has nothing to say...... !!! Probably they are horrible looking or visitors are thinking we are not getting anything here....
I am always making comment and I will be commenting just on the shot what is interesting for me, never looking at the name or for returning the favor ..... Rather be on the bottom of the list than way up just because of the returning comments, maybe I am wrong but it's my way,,,,,,

Verdon,
I sent you both a message in my post above and an email explaining why your picture was moved to this gallery. Rules of posting clearly state that images that include 'hand of man' - objects of man's creation, like this road here, belong in this gallery. It is my job as a moderator to select a new gallery for images that do not meet the criteria of the gallery they were posted in. Did you not understand my messages or get my emails? It is also my job to delete commentary that does not pertain to the image being commented on, as this violates our posting guidelines (although it was not me that deleted any of your comments). If you have a problem with anything I have done, the way to deal with it is to contact me personally. My name is listed at the top of the forum as a moderator and the option to email me is visible by clicking on that. The fact that your image was moved over here is not any kind of demotion. All galleries are respected equally. I hope you understand what I am saying here as I'm a bit confused why my previous communication with you has not been sufficient to address this problem.

Hi Marc, I didn't get any email and whole thing what I was writing was not about rules on this www, I understood on the first place that I did mistake to posting to wrong gallery, I am new here and also I would like to apologize for that!!! Like I said I am new here and If somebody from moderators come over my gallery I could tell very easily because they introduced them self and also under their name was little sign MODERATOR, would be nice if you will have something like that, because many of us don't have time to search any names all over website ..... Also in my world I would for sure politely point the problem and ask for removing on the right spot ...... That's all I just love respect and freedom .... I don't have any problem with you, it is normal communication, I love your work , you are huge talent and I thing you are very big plus for this website...... !!! Deleted comments (even polite once..) : I don't like that , but that is one of the rules what moderators established here and I have to respect that . I didn't get any of your emails, so just in case here is my: verdonww@gmail.com Thank you for your comment and I wish tones of amazing moments with photography, Verdon!

I don't know what happened, Verdon, as I was using the link to your email which is located below each comment that is made. But in any case, all I was saying was the same things I repeated here and I am glad you do understand what I am saying.
