Like the back-lit look, well composed Todd.
Would be great to this large.
Well done!

Todd:
Interesting silhouette looks. The colors in the wings are great. Wish there edge of the body is better define by a slight reflected light or fill. Alternatively you could try to bring out some details in the dark shadow area by selective dodging.

I love this back-lit effect. It's really a stunning image - and the tiny thumbnail on the main page doesn't do it justice. It's a familiar subject - which makes the viewer feel comfortable... and yet, the presentation is unique... so the viewer is fascinated by seeing something familiar in a new way. The outline of the body forces us to notice the incredible shape of this tiny creature, and also highlights the details in the wings. Very very beautiful, Todd! I think it deserves more attention than it's getting in this forum!
