Chasing the Sunrise

Recently I spent few days in Dublin and tried to catch some stunning sunrise shots. Day by day weather forecast kept saying about clear skies but the reality kept being different. This shot has been taken on 3rd day. It was still cloudy but I patiently waited for small whole in the clouds. And I got it. I have few more shots with the sun and great red clouds

I like how the FG rocks pick-up the sheen of the sunset. :toast:

thanks... but it's a sunrise.
I got up at 03:45 to reach the spot - climb down he cliffs via small path and stone stairs to be ready of 05:18 sunrise :toast:
And this was day 3.
First 2 days were grey and without any visible sunrise.

Great one, Jerzy. Especially the foreground is amazing with all the specular reflections and the warm light bouncing around. The clouds are fine too - for a little more of a vibrant look you could add a hint of blue to the neutral colors up there.

Thanks again.
I will give it a go with pp.
What I am a bit worried about having the sun almost right in the middle.
What do you think?

The central location of the sun seems fine here. Some sweet light on the rocks. I would suggest darkening the foreground a bit to make the scene a bit more balanced. And maybe even crop some sky off the top.
