Indigo Bunting

This is from a waterfowl refuge that has some great field and grassland habitat. I was in stealth mode, trying to locate a hen pheasant and chicks that had just crossed the road, when this guy stopped by to serenade me.

This is a fairly large crop (about 40% of original), but mostly from the sides - cropped to vertical. I am interested in any comments or suggestions as I try to learn and improve.

This is a beautiful singing pose Jeff, and I like the setting and light. I can see a bit of loss of detail from the large crop in the larger version. I might sharpen the ey a little bit more. Nice of this bird to stop by and serenade you.
