A picture I took shortly before leaving New Zealand at the end of June. Fresh snowfall on the Routeburn track, Fiordland National Park.

Canon EOS 40D + Canon EF-s 18-55mm@18mm f13 1/80s ISO400.

Andrius, your image reflects this interesting specific atmosphere well to me, especially with the subdued colors and the clouds covering the summits in the distance. A consistent composition to my eye. I also appreciate the delightful details in the foreground that make me feel like standing in the middle of the scene. Thanks for sharing.

Very moody scene Andrius. I like the subtle light on the distant mountains.

Very nice image. A tad more foreground would have made it great.

Very nice, Andrius. I like the monochromatic quality of the foreground with just the hint of color in it. The scene is stunning of course too.
I just posted an answer to your topic in the forums about locations in the Austrian Alps - check it out.

You've captured the mood here well Andrius.
I like the snow sitting on the water in the tarn.
