It's sometimes hateful when there's dinner guests and one just drops in unannounced.

Fine capture, Wayne. This comp works so well despite some bird images being partial birds. They serve beautifully to give the impression of a large crowd. I like the splayed leg pose of the descending bird too.

neat shot, Wayne. really nice light and I like the feel of the crowded feeding flock, very evocative of my brief experience in FL. nice landing pose with just enough view of the eye in the larger version to make this work well for me.

Nicely done Wayne. It's a bit of an unusual composition/crop, with the bottom birds partially cropped, but in this case I think it works quite well. With the birds in the background either hidden partially in the vegetation, OOF, or partial at the bottom, you do get the feel of the setting, but yet all the focus is on the unannounced dinner guest.

Nice shot and like all the action going on. When you get a scene like this, it's damn near impossible to isolate your target bird. The light on the chest and wings is really nice.

Nice sharp landing pose. I like the position of the wings. Personally I would like to see a little more of the birds at the bottom of the frame (if you have any more at the bottom) instead of them being cropped so much. It looks a bit truncated to me as it's cropped now.
