One from my recent trip to the Shetland Isles. We heard him singing as soon we came off the boat. It always suprises me how so much noise comes out of such a little bird!!

Edwin, nice capture of the bird, but I think it would be a stronger image if most of the bottom was cropped off. I just can't see a benefit to including that area of the photo. It will be interesting to see what others have to say.

Edwin - I really like this shot! Razor sharp, great pose, outstanding timing, intriguing perch, awesome DOF...not to mention perfect techs and wonderful positioning and comp. I have really wondered about suggesting a change to the bottom OOF foreground, but doing the old scroll-crop technique on my computer never made me think that cropping further would improve the image. It's a tough one, and ultimately I'd rather see it the way you feel expresses your vision. I like it as presented...a lot.

Hello Edwin

Well, I wouldn´t call the song of a Wren for noise. The picture is awesome to my opinion.
The cropping works fine for me.
